I don't know but if I will play triple A games at 144hz I will set at least 55K as a budget for it.

i build my pc way back 2018. gamit ko GTX1070 para sa 144hz na monitor. 80k worth buong system unit. ngayon siguro yung 80k na yan worth under 50K na lang kaya pwede ka makapagbuild sa budget na yan.

There’s an Asus 144hz IPS for just below 10k

Get a used GPU (a 580 can do 144 on esports titles) and cram the rest.

Its doable.

Usually with that kind of budget I think you could create a good rig for around 35K not including the monitor. Probably go Ryzen build with a 1660 video card . 8 gigs of ram and a SSD . With the monitor Im not sure how ever if you include it in your budget . a 144hz is gonna cost u
