1 cup of rice lang ako then uunahin ko muna tikman lahat ng side dishes pagkatapos sa mga main dishes na ako, tamang serving lang para matikman lahat tapos sa dulo na drinks

kung lunch bufffet, wag ka magbreakfast sa umaga. Kung Gabi, onti lang kainin mu sa lunch atska wag ka na magmerienda para sulit. Magpapawis ka na dn muna bago ka magbuffet para sulit.
