Nag apply kami ng connection nung march pa.
July na, hindi pa kami nakakabitan kaya nagpakabit na lang ako sa iba.
Nasa kanila pa rin yung 1500 na "reservation/installation fee" namen.

Converge has to really step up in terms of after sales customer service. Yung app and other online platform nila for complaints takes a very long time para mabigyan pansin.

naku buti na lng nagawi ako d2..my nagoffer kc s min ng converge eh..ngdadalawang isip tuloy ako. no problem sa kin ang data allocation basta stable.

For me isa pa din sa mga solid na ISP tong Converge, kaso un nga, nung dumami ung user, dun na din nag tae tae service nila. Sayang lang at di nila na maintain ung first impression ng tao.

No good na talaga converge ngayon. Nakakadismaya kung minsan. Kapag malapit na bayaran humihina connection minsan pa nga nawawala. Kapag tatawag ka sa customer service nila pinaghihintay kapa,buti sana kung libre tawag sa kanila. Lastweek lang napalitan na nmn modem nmin. Pangatlong palit na kasi sira na nmn daw. Ewan ko ano ba talga. Bsta no good para sa akin .

Had my Converge installed 2018, until now okay pa naman. Though based from what I am reading and hearing, bumaba na quality in terms of speed of installation and customer service. I think this is due to converge's subscriber count growing too fast.

Nawawalan pa din ng internet. Yung speed bumabagal na siguro dahil dumadami na users. Sana okay yung 3rd telco.

sa mga di pa nakabitan, kulitin niyo po agent niyo kung may agent man kayo.
sa mga nagrereklamo, wag kayo mag email o magchat sa fb, matagal yun, itawag niyo sa hotline nila, tiyagain niyo lang kung medyo matagal bago sumagot.

tingin ko depende talaga sa area paps.. yung samin may mga time na mabagal meron namang stable lang sya siguro kase sa surge narin ng demand ngayong pandemic
